I am a bilingual Social Worker born and raised in Kern County. I am a proud Alumni of California State University Bakersfield & University of Southern California. I emphasize Adult Mental Health & Wellness, but I have other passions, including doing nonprofit work & hosting Destigmatize Mental Health Podcast.
I can provide individual and group therapy and couples counseling. I’m sure you know that therapy is not easy to do. Just know that I’m a person that will be able to work with you on whatever you allow with no pressure or judgment. I’m an individual that believes the destigmatizing of mental health is so essential and undo the learned behaviors of ancestors. Breaking cultural barriers is beyond important not only in my profession and in my personal life. I’m willing to walk that with you. Just never willing to do more work than you. I’ll always meet you where you’re at.
